How can I suggest a feature or report a problem?
Visit Feedback & suggestions to prepare a structured message, review it and open your own email app. We do not currently accept or store feedback in the website itself.
How do I get my weekly reflection?
Open the reading section, choose your sun sign, and select a theme if you wish. Your reading appears immediately. You don't need an account.
What is a sun sign?
It's the zodiac sign commonly associated with your date of birth. If you know your sign, just choose it from the list. Elyunora uses signs as a creative editorial starting point, not a scientific classification.
What changes each week?
Each week has its own set of editorial reflections across 12 signs and five themes. The writing invites thought; it does not claim to forecast events or replace personal judgment.
Do you store my choices?
On the public-facing reading preview, your sign and theme are used in your browser to display the text; this page does not submit your choices to a server. A separate account development demo exists, but it does not provide public registration or saved preferences for visitors.
Can I explore a calculated birth chart?
Yes. The birth chart studio has one interactive fictional example based on documented astronomical reference positions. It does not accept your own birth details or sell charts.
Can I subscribe or pay for premium?
Not currently. Our product comparison shows founder-selected targets: a free weekly email, a €2.00 excluding applicable VAT one-off expanded report, and a €9.99 VAT-inclusive monthly plan with daily reflections. These are development plans, not active checkout offers. You can try a fictional weekly email, expanded report example and daily sample without a real account.
How can I recover account access?
Account recovery is not available in this first edition. The recovery explanation does not send emails or change passwords.
Does the account page create a real account?
No. The personal-space page explains future features; it does not create an account or accept passwords. Public registration, login, recovery and premium access remain disabled.
Is Elyunora a professional advice service?
No. The reflections are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or scientific advice.
Who operates this experience?
Elyunora is an independently branded project within the developing Averndis portfolio. The identities are provisional and the portfolio is not yet a registered company. More about Averndis.
