Effective 24 October 2026. This notice concerns the free Elyunora editorial website and any account features when they become available. No paid checkout is currently offered.
Controller. Rodrigo Afonso Fernandes, operating the independent Elyunora project within Averndis, Luxembourg. To request access, correction, deletion or other privacy assistance, email [email protected].
Information handled. The free reading selector operates in your browser. If and when you create an account, our services process your email address, account profile name, zodiac sign, reading interests, authentication records, session identifiers, and optional delivery preferences. We do not request a birth time or birthplace in the current version. Infrastructure providers also process necessary IP and security logs.
Purposes and legal bases. We use account and reading choices to provide requested services (performance of a contract); optional marketing or horoscope emails require separate affirmative consent and can be withdrawn; necessary service security, abuse prevention and incident handling serve legitimate interests; legally required records are processed to comply with applicable obligations.
Service providers. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site; Supabase provides authentication and the database; Resend may deliver transactional or optionally requested content emails once delivery is activated; Stripe would process payments once sales are separately enabled. We do not sell account or birth data. Providers may process data outside the EEA under their contractual safeguards.
Retention. Profile data is kept while an account is active and then deleted or restricted in response to valid account-closure and rights requests, subject to technical backups and mandatory legal-retention requirements. Security and operational logs are retained according to the security and hosting providers' applicable retention policies. Financial records, when sales are activated, are retained for the legally required period. We will provide more specific retention information where required before collecting additional categories.
Your rights. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to a processing activity. You may withdraw optional email consent without losing the free reading. Contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg's CNPD.
Account launch status. Until real account sign-up is expressly enabled on this site, these account-processing descriptions explain the intended service; they do not mean registration or paid delivery is currently offered.
